“Sandy is an amazing teacher not only is she good at teaching, but she is a nice person like for example when I came into class saying that I didn't have many things I did outside of school she gave recommendation for hobbies and that made me feel like she cares not only about me learning algebra but that I am doing good outside of school. Also, she will ask how life is and stuff like that being a kind person. But in class when we are learning Algebra, she is good at helping me learn how to do the work and if I don’t get something we will do practice questions until I get it down. When I have homework from my school, I always have my notes from Sandy to fall back on if my mind blanks and that is thanks to her telling me what to put in my notes and explaining what parts of questions and answers mean what in the notes.”
